A complimentary consultation is included prior to most salon and spa services to ensure that your expectations are met each visit.

Guidance is offered when choosing services and wellness products as to enhance your look and lifestyle.

Staff Selection

Our staff’s commitment is to your complete satisfaction and quality of service. It is very common for our guests to work with more than two or three professionals in a given area. The incredible team work of Designer’s Denn welcomes guest to explore a variety of technicians without fear of hurt feelings. Our standards of excellence ensure that you will receive and incredible result with any of our team members.

Our Level System and Price System

Designer’s Denn Staff works on a European level system designed to measure years of experience and dedication. Staff members at higher levels are often our educators and have established a high guest demand. This system encourages stability and allows our technicians to grow and prosper in their field. We provide technicians at a variety of levels and are happy to find a pairing that will best suit your needs.

Safety

We hold ourselves to the same ideal standards that would be found in any medical setting. Our instruments are sterilized between each guest to ensure your safety.

Cancellation Policy

We are aware that life happens and appointments need to be changed. We kindly ask that you give notice at least 24 hours before a single service and 48 hours before weekend, multiple, or package services. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in an automatic charge of 50% of the cost of the services cancelled. We require a credit card at time of reservation. Group bookings have other contract requirements.

Payment

Payment is made at the front desk at the end of your visit. We accept all major credit cards for services and products. We ask that gratuity be given in either cash or check form as we are unable to give cash back on cards.

Refreshments

Our beverage carts are always stocked with an array of beverages and healthy snacks from cappuccinos to cucumber infused water, KIND bars to yogurt. You are sure to find something that meets your refreshment needs.

Children

We love our smallest guests; however Designer’s Denn is an adult oriented atmosphere. Children under the age of 12 may not accompany their parents into spa services unless they themselves are receiving a service. A parent or guardian must be present or give signed consent for any services given to a minor under the age of 18.

Guest Services

We are always seeking to improve and grow, and we ask that you direct any questions or concerns to our Guest Services Managers. We appreciate all feedback regarding services, products, or customer service.
